About Berotec

Berotec visited Italy and Parma with Fouredo in September 2019. They were a group of 55 people and their timing was perfect – managing to visit the city of Parma during the yearly Parma Ham festival.  They had several excursions, a visit at a Parmesan Cheese-producer, the world famous Culatello producer “Antica Corte Pallavicina”, and a beautiful balsamic vinegar venue – and much, much more.

DAY 1

  • Arrival at Bologna airport and transfer to Grand Hotel de la Ville in Parma
  • Check-in

DAY 2

  • Bus trip to Parmesan Cheese producer “Il Trionfo”
  • Guided tour Culatello producer Antica Corte Pallavicina
  • Lunch at Antica Corte Pallavicina

DAY 3

  • Conference at Grand Hotel de la Ville
  • Dinner at Sorelle Picchi

DAY 4

  • Visit Acetaia Maletti, a producer of real balsamic vinegar.  Guided tour and tasting
  • Visit including a guided tour of the Ferrari museum in Maranello
  • Team building activity; “Make your own pasta from scratch” with one of Parma’s best pasta chefs, conducted at the farm restaurant Podere Sant’Anna
  • Gala Dinner at Podere Sant’Anna

DAY 5

  • Checkout Grand Hotel de la Ville
  • Transfer to Bologna airport
