Marketing & Communication
We want to ensure that all marketing communications related to our products and services within Fouredo AB, and to those from our suppliers, retail partners, including online advertising, are relevant in relation to your interests.
To do this, we can use your personal information by analyzing your previous purchases, browsing habits and search settings when using our site. We therefore use profiling to find out which products, services and information you may be most interested in. Hereby we have the opportunity to tailor our communication so that it becomes more relevant and interesting to you. To understand you as a customer better, and to be able to provide services and marketing communications (including online ads relevant to your interests), we can also reconcile personal information we collect when you make purchases in store with personal data collected from our websites, mobile apps and other sources. You can read more about how we collect information via your browser in our cookie policy.
We would like to send relevant offers and news to you about our products and services. We may therefore contact you with marketing communications via e-mail, sms, push notifications, mailbox advertising and telephone. We can also send information about partners’ products and services that we think may be of interest to you. We do this only on condition that you have previously agreed to receive such marketing communications.
If you do not wish to receive marketing from us, you may at any time refuse such by means of settings on our website, by using the link for deregistration contained in all offers we send to you by e-mail or by contacting us via the contact details at the bottom of this policy. Of course, your choice is, but in case you prefer not to receive market information from us, it prevents you from receiving nice offers and promotions that may be of interest to you.
You can still receive service-related information related to your trip from us, even when you are at the destination. For example, when confirming the bookings you have made with us and when providing important information when using our products and services. We can also contact you via SMS when you are on the spot to inform you about relevant offers and excursions on your trip.

In the event of a complaint, personal data may be saved for ten years in order for us to have the opportunity to defend ourselves against legal claims.
If you have registered to receive our newsletter, we will process the information needed to administer this as long as you do not deregister from the newsletter or notify us that you no longer want to receive this or else for three years from the time you have booked your trip. You can at any time deregister from receiving the newsletter.
If you are a former customer to us, we will store the personal information we need to continue to contact you with marketing communications as long as you have an active customer relationship with us. We believe that you have an active customer relationship with us if you have purchased products and services from us during the last three years and otherwise you have not deregistered from receiving marketing communications from us.
