DAY 1
- Arrival at Linate Airport and transfer to Grand Hotel de la Ville
- Check-in at the hotel
- Tasting regional delicacies such as Parma ham, Parmesan Cheese & Culatello di Zibello at T-Caffè

DAY 2
- Visit at the exclusive producer of Parma ham, Ruliano. Guided tour & tasting
- Wine tasting in the village of Torrechiara
- Dinner in the castle “Castello di Torrechiara”
DAY 3
- Visit at the fantastic farm “Antica Corte Pallavicina”
- Visit a producer of parmesan cheese. Guided tour & tasting
- Visit a producer of Culatello di Zibello
- Lunch at Antica Corte Pallavicina, including the exclusive Culatello di Zibello for starters
- Free afternoon & evening
DAY 4
- Visit the producer of real balsamic vinegar, Acetaia Maletti. Guided tour and tasting
- Visit including a guided tour of the Ferrari museum in Maranello. Including private bus tour of the factory.
- Visit the Pavarotti Museum “Museo Casa Pavarotti”
- Lunch at Pavarotti’s favorite restaurant Europe 92
- Podere Sant’Anna gala dinner
DAY 5
- Check-out from the hotel
- Visit the food market FICO outside Bologna
- Masterclass – “Make your own fresh pasta from scratch” with pasta expert at FICO
- Transfer to Bologna Airport for flight back home
